Our stay at the Beach House was incredible! The value for money was fantastic, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and easy access to trains and buses. The staff, especially Jill, were so helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement with more variety and options available.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the beach nearby and easy access to local trains and buses towards Liverpool and Southport. The house itself was beautiful and spacious, with vintage and quirky furniture in the living room. The kitchen and dining areas were large and well-equipped. The patio area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. The host was easily contactable and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and everyone seemed to have a great time.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with cobwebs, dust, and broken light fixtures in the living room. There were also cleanliness issues in some of the rooms, such as a used tissue and rubbish found under the pillow of one guest's bed.

As young people, we loved the vintage and quirky furniture in the spacious living room, perfect for our vintage-themed weekend. the large kitchen and separate dining area were great for group meals. the hot tub with gazebo and fairy lights made for a fantastic chill-out spot. the beach is nearby, and there are convenient links to trains and buses towards Liverpool/Southport.
Felt amazing, no complaints whatsoever.
